Finished fabric

Here's the handspun woven gotland fabric straight off the loom. It was so pleasurable to weave.
No threads broke in the warp and the tension was good right to the end of the weaving. t's not the first handspun warp I've put on the loom. But its always good when they behave themselves.
So I washed it in hot soapy water and fulled it very slightly. I didn't want the fabric to be too dense. It has a lovely sheen from the fibres.
For now it will be put away as I have several other things I need to get on with weaving and fibre wise. But it's time will come to be something special.
